Thomson Reuters Q2 revenue rose 9% to USD 1.95 billion; operating profit climbed 28% to USD 558 million.
Diluted EPS increased 48% to USD 1.02; net cash from operating activities rose 23% to USD 920 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) rose 10% to USD 745 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 0.3 percentage points to 38.1%.
Global Print venture and outlook
Thomson Reuters signed a definitive agreement with KKR to form a Global Print joint venture, selling a 51% stake for about USD 500 million in gross proceeds.
The company raised its 2026 total revenue growth outlook to about 8%; CEO Steve Hasker cited momentum in the “Big 3” segments and progress on Fiduciary-Grade AI.
