Thor Industries up after beating quarterly revenue estimates
THO•Outlook and stock performance
"Expect a relatively flat retail environment in fiscal 2027 compared to fiscal 2026, with many of the same headwinds we experienced in fiscal 2026 facing us in the near term," COO Todd Woelfer said.
As of the last close, shares were down about 32% year to date.
Shares rise after revenue beat
Shares of recreational vehicles manufacturer Thor Industries THO.N were up about 4% at $72.50 premarket.
Thor Industries beat fourth-quarter revenue estimates, as higher shipments and pricing in Europe helped offset weakness in North America.
The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of $2.31 billion, compared with expectations of $2.17 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Profit miss and margin pressure
However, the company missed quarterly profit estimates as high interest rates, material costs, and increased promotional activity pressured margins.
It reported fourth-quarter EPS of 78 cents, compared with expectations of 91 cents.
