- About 90% of 2025 inventory was recirculated through its marketplace, thrift partners, and rescue boxes, versus about 20% typical for charities.
- Resale-as-a-Service recirculated 1,700,000 items in 2025, extending secondhand supply through brand partnerships.
- Cumulative impact metrics: 1.3 billion pounds of CO2 avoided, 13.4 billion gallons of water saved, and 2.5 billion kWh of energy saved.
- The company said its advocacy contributed to closing the U.S. de minimis loophole used by ultra-fast fashion to ship duty-free.
