Tianci Advances 500ha Gold, 1,500ha Chromium Projects, 10,000t Monthly Supply Plan
CIIT•Tianci International and Greypole Mining are evaluating a 500-hectare gold-bearing zone in Zimbabwe’s Gwanda region and a 1,500-hectare chromium zone in Zvishavane, with drilling, geological sampling and feasibility assessments underway. The partners plan a 12,000 sqm warehousing network to support 10,000 tonne monthly chromium supply capacity.
1. Strategic MOU and Project Overview
Tianci International and Greypole Mining signed an MOU on April 14, 2026 to advance gold and chromium resource development in Zimbabwe under a strategic cooperation framework.
2. Resource Assessments for Gold and Chromium
The partnership is evaluating a 500-hectare gold-bearing zone in the Gwanda region, including a 42-hectare priority target, and a 1,500-hectare chromium zone in Zvishavane spanning six geologically favorable belts with a 420-hectare core area. Feasibility studies, geological sampling and reserve verification activities are underway to define continuity and commercial potential.
3. Mining Claims Compliance and Supply Chain Expansion
Greypole is assisting Tianci with compliance reviews and operational assessments for Zvishavane No. 1, Mutoroshanga and Gruvewe claims. Concurrently, the parties are leasing land for 12,000 sqm of warehousing, planning primary beneficiation equipment procurement and targeting a 360-hectare procurement radius to enable 10,000 tonnes of monthly chromium supply.
4. Management Commentary and Future Outlook
Chairman Gao emphasized confidence in Zimbabwe’s resource potential and highlighted plans to increase trading volumes and develop mining assets. The next phase will focus on advancing gold and chromium initiatives to strengthen Tianci’s supply capabilities and competitive position.
