Tianci International organized Roshing Future Pte. Ltd. in Singapore on Sept. 30, 2026, as part of a corporate reorganization to support expansion of its mineral trading business in Asia.

Tianci International organized Roshing Future Pte. Ltd. in Singapore on Sept. 30, 2026. The new entity is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianci Group Holdings Limited (Seychelles), which is wholly owned by Tianci International; the structure aims to support the company’s Asia mineral trading expansion.
