Tidewater completed its acquisition of Wilson Sons Ultratug Participações and affiliate Atlantic Offshore Services, effective Aug. 31, 2026.
The deal adds a fleet of 22 platform supply vessels, strengthening Tidewater’s offshore support vessel footprint.
Management positioned the acquisition as a push to expand operations in Brazil and deepen its global market position.
