Tien Wah Press extends BAT Indonesia packaging supply contract to 2031
BTI•Tien Wah Press renewed supply contracts with British American Tobacco units, extending key Indonesia packaging work through Oct. 31, 2031. Management expects the agreements to support future earnings and net assets, with no impact on share capital or FY2026 gearing.
1. Supply contracts renewed
BPJ, a 51%-owned indirect unit of Tien Wah Press, extended a printed-carton supply agreement for BAT’s Indonesia requirements from Oct. 1, 2026, through Oct. 31, 2031. APTV signed a five-year commodity supply deal starting Oct. 1, 2026, and MEIL amended a BAT Singapore supply agreement running from Jan. 1, 2027.

Management expects the agreements to support future earnings and net assets, with no impact on share capital or FY2026 gearing. No directors or major shareholders declared an interest.
