Tilray Brands signed an exclusive five-year licensing agreement with Carlsberg Group to produce and distribute Carlsberg, Kronenbourg 1664, Elephant and 1664 Blanc beers across all US channels starting January 1, 2027. The company’s Good Supply cannabis arm launched a new spring product lineup to meet demand for flavored offerings.

On February 18, Tilray Brands entered a five-year exclusive licensing agreement with Carlsberg Group effective January 1, 2027, granting rights to locally produce and distribute Carlsberg Elephant, 1664, Carlsberg, and Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc beers across all U.S. channels. The pact includes an automatic five-year renewal if performance targets are met.

On February 26, Tilray’s Good Supply cannabis brand rolled out a spring product lineup featuring high-quality flavored offerings aimed at capturing seasonal demand across its product range.
