Tokyo Lifestyle Secures One-Year Deal with TASLY Hong Kong in $58B China Market
Tokyo Lifestyle has signed a one-year master agreement starting March 1, 2026 to sell premium health products, cosmetics and liquors to TASLY Hong Kong for distribution across China. China’s nutraceuticals market is valued at US$58.04 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach US$109.89 billion by 2033.
1. Master Agreement Terms
Tokyo Lifestyle will sell premium health products, cosmetics and liquors to TASLY Hong Kong on an outright basis during the one-year term starting March 1, 2026. Specific pricing, quantities and delivery schedules will be negotiated in individual supply agreements throughout the term.
2. Strategic Expansion into China
The collaboration leverages TASLY Hong Kong’s extensive pan-health distribution network to strengthen Tokyo Lifestyle’s presence in China’s health product market and adjacent East Asian regions.
