2. Ironridge at Metro Heights Model Homes
In Montebello, California, Toll Brothers is unveiling five new luxury model homes at Ironridge at Metro Heights on Feb. 14. The community features six distinct condominium floor plans ranging from approximately 1,400 to 2,800 square feet with two-car garages and pricing starting in the upper $800,000s, alongside resort-style amenities.
