Site work is underway and sales will launch later this summer leveraging its in-house Design Studio.

Toll Brothers has begun site work on Peapack Crossing, a luxury home community in Peapack, Somerset County, New Jersey. The development is slated to open for sale in late summer 2026, capitalizing on high demand in one of the state’s most desirable markets.

Peapack Crossing will feature the Carriages Collection of two-story townhomes ranging from 3,045 to 3,551 square feet, priced from $1.4 million, and the Signature Collection of three-bedroom single-family homes spanning over 3,100 square feet, starting at $1.5 million.

Homebuyers will access Toll Brothers’ on-site Design Studio to customize finishes and floor plans with professional consultants, streamlining choices for cabinetry, flooring and fixtures under one roof.
