Toll Brothers is offering the last three model homes at The Evergreens at The Meadows in Lake Forest, each fully decorated with upgrades including floating staircases, multigenerational suites and designer finishes. Homes range from 3,400 to over 3,700 square feet with five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and attached two-car garages starting at $3.5 million. The Meadows community features a large recreation center, two pools, two spas, covered cabanas, outdoor fireplaces, two large parks, five neighborhood parks, sports fields and over 10 acres of open space with trails linking to Serrano Creek regional trails. These homes are available for delivery in June 2026 and represent the final inventory release at The Evergreens at The Meadows. The sales center at 171 Evergreen Way in Lake Forest is hosting viewings to finalize purchases.
