Top Financial names Dean Huge independent director, adds him to audit and compensation committees
TOP•Top Financial Group expanded its board to seven directors on Oct. 8, 2026, naming Dean Huge an independent director and adding him to four committees. Yuli Yan was appointed executive director, effective the same date.
1. Board appointments
Huge joined the audit, compensation, nominating, and corporate governance committees. He has led Belgra Fintech Holdings, London Gold, and Innovation Beverage Group, and previously served as CFO of Splash Beverage Group. Yan is director of business operations at HexaGaN and previously held roles at Arizona State University and Zoyce Inc.
