TTE•TotalEnergies agreed to sell SAPETRO a 40% participating interest in Nigeria's offshore OPL257 block. After completion, TotalEnergies will retain a 50% operated interest, while Conoil will hold 10%.

TotalEnergies agreed on October 30, 2026, to sell SAPETRO a 40% participating interest in Nigeria's offshore OPL257 block. Following completion, TotalEnergies will retain a 50% operated interest, and Conoil will hold the remaining 10%. An appraisal campaign in the coming months will assess the potential development of Egina South through the existing Egina FPSO.
