TotalEnergies expands its joint venture with KKR with a 700 MW renewables portfolio
TTE•TotalEnergies is adding a 700 MW renewables portfolio to its joint venture with KKR in a deal reflecting an enterprise value of $1.20 billion.
1. Portfolio expansion
The portfolio includes three solar assets in Texas and Ohio that are expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2027. TotalEnergies will continue to operate the assets after the transaction is completed.
