Toyo flags uncertainty from pending CBP solar cell shipment review, US tariff probes

1. Trade actions raise uncertainty
Toyo said a pending U.S. Customs and Border Protection examination of solar cell shipments could affect import clearance and near-term operating performance. Countervailing duty investigations and a Section 232 program targeting polysilicon and downstream solar imports also raised tariff uncertainty for its U.S.-facing supply chain.
