Toyo says H1 2026 profit rises on new solar module sales, OEM services growth

Management tied a late-period slowdown in solar cell sales to US Customs detentions, which also lifted inventories and left production lines underutilized.
Liquidity improved on USD 47.05 million net proceeds from a registered direct offering, USD 5.5 million from an ATM program, and a VSUN loan extension.
H1 2026 profit rises on higher solar sales and OEM services
For the six months ended June 30, 2026, revenue rose to USD 260.96 million from USD 139.11 million; net income climbed to USD 45.82 million.
Growth was driven by higher solar cell output following Ethiopia capacity expansion, new solar module sales, and added OEM services.
Gross profit increased to USD 84.73 million from USD 23.09 million; margin widened to 32.5% from 16.6%.
