Toyo Seikan subsidiary Toyo Kohan to buy surplus solar power environmental value from Orix

Toyo Kohan will buy the environmental value associated with surplus solar electricity from Orix at Mazda KD Center. The rooftop solar installation is scheduled for completion in November 2026 and is expected to generate about 2,600 MWh in its first year, with about 23% of generation consumed off-site.
