Tractor Supply is marking the 10th anniversary of its Country Mile peer recognition program by honoring a record 20 team members at its annual sales meeting. In 2025, employees awarded over 750,000 daily badges, up 100,000 from 2024, underscoring rising workforce engagement.
1. Program Milestone
Tractor Supply launched the Country Mile program in September 2015 following an internal survey and now celebrates its 10th anniversary by recognizing 20 annual award winners selected from nominations across stores, distribution centers, SSC, FAST and Petsense locations.
2. Growth and Participation
After 25,000 badge nominations in the first four months, the program expanded to 15 regions and new business units, reaching over 750,000 peer‐awarded badges in 2025—100,000 more than in 2024—demonstrating accelerating employee participation.

By rewarding peer recognition rather than prizes, the initiative reinforces values like teamwork, accountability and ethics, contributing to retention and engagement as Tractor Supply also earns workplace accolades such as Great Place to Work certification for six consecutive years.
