Trade Desk announces special shareholder meeting

Trade Desk will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Oct. 19, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a one-time repricing of certain outstanding stock options under the 2025 Incentive Award Plan.
The proposal covers up to 16,877,828 Class A shares underlying options granted from April 13, 2017 through Sept. 3, 2026.
An adjournment proposal is also on the ballot to seek additional proxies if needed to pass the option repricing.
