Trade Pacts Cut Tariffs to 18% and Boost iShares India ETF Inflows
The US-India trade deal will lower U.S. tariffs on Indian exports from 25% to 18%, potentially boosting iShares MSCI India ETF holdings in manufacturing, IT, pharmaceuticals and banks. Last week’s EU pact eliminating up to 11% drug tariffs could further increase capital inflows into INDA.
