Tradewinds Universal expands nightlife growth model with first revenue-producing licensing deal
TRWD•Tradewinds Universal detailed a nightlife expansion model built around licensing deals, with its first implementation in a Latin America agreement. The company says each relationship could become a seven-figure revenue stream.
1. Licensing expansion model
Tradewinds Universal said it plans to use revenue-producing licensing deals to enter nightlife markets ahead of acquisitions. The model uses communications technology, support services, lead management and payment infrastructure to monetize operators without taking on full operating risk.
2. First agreement
The first implementation is a licensing agreement with a regional nightlife licensee in Latin America. The company described each relationship as a potential seven-figure revenue stream and cited marketing, customer retention, payment processing, ATM-related services and management services as higher-margin venue economics it targets.
