Tradewinds Universal targets resilient consumer industries to build recurring revenue streams
TRWD•Tradewinds Universal outlined a plan to build a diversified holding company focused initially on experiential hospitality, nightlife and adult hospitality. It projects US licensing revenue will begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Tradewinds Universal said it plans to pursue acquisitions, technology licensing and revenue-producing services tied to independent operators in the US and Latin America. Management plans to expand licensing relationships, add complementary businesses and pursue other sectors positioned for sustained demand; any US licensing revenue recognized in 2026 would be reflected in its annual report.
