TransDigm Group launched a cash tender offer for any and all outstanding 6.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2028.
- The offer expires Oct. 13, 2026.
- The early tender deadline is Sept. 25, 2026.
- Total consideration is $1,008 per $1,000 principal for notes early tendered.
- Late tenders receive $978 per $1,000 principal.
- Holders also receive accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the applicable payment date.
- The transaction remains subject to conditions, including a refinancing condition.
