TransMedics selected Gogo Galileo HDX connectivity for its U.S. fleet of 22 Embraer Phenom 300E aircraft. Installation is underway, with the fleet expected to be equipped by mid-2027 and the capability planned for its European fleet in 2028.

Installation is underway, and the entire fleet is expected to be equipped by mid-2027 to support real-time donor organ monitoring. TransMedics plans to extend the capability to its European fleet in 2028.
