TransUnion appoints Malte Bernholz chief strategy and corporate development officer

TransUnion appointed Malte Bernholz executive vice president, chief strategy and corporate development officer, effective September 28, 2026. He will lead enterprise strategy and corporate development, reporting to CEO Chris Cartwright.

Bernholz will lead enterprise strategy and corporate development and report to CEO Chris Cartwright. He previously led enterprise-wide growth strategy at Adobe and held roles at EMC, iVize and McKinsey.
