Travel + Leisure expands Wyndham partnership to develop Sports Illustrated Resorts hotels
TNL•Travel + Leisure expanded its partnership with Wyndham to develop, operate and scale hotels under the Sports Illustrated Resorts brand. The framework covers hotel-only and mixed-use projects; Nashville has opened, while Chicago targets early 2027 completion and Baton Rouge plans a phased 2027 opening.

Travel + Leisure expanded its partnership with Wyndham to develop, operate and scale hotels under the Sports Illustrated Resorts brand. Wyndham will use its distribution, development network and commercial platform to source developers and asset owners for projects.
2. Projects and framework
The development framework covers hotel-only projects and mixed-use destinations that may combine hospitality, vacation ownership and residential components. Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville has opened as the first fully branded site; Chicago targets completion in early 2027, and Baton Rouge plans a phased opening in 2027. The platform operates under license from Authentic Brands Group.
