Travere received a USPTO notice of allowance for a U.S. patent application covering methods of using FILSPARI (sparsentan) in FSGS.
Once issued, the patent is expected to extend U.S. method-of-use coverage for sparsentan in FSGS into October 2037.
Travere plans to list the patent in the FDA’s Orange Book following grant.
