Treasure Global cuts Mestiz Tech software development contract to $1 million
TGL•Treasure Global cut its software development contract with Mestiz Technology to $1 million from $2 million. The remaining $500,000 is split into two $250,000 milestones, payable in cash, common stock or a mix.
1. Revised contract terms
Treasure Global signed a supplemental deal with Mestiz Technology on Sept. 24, 2026, reducing service fees to $1 million from $2 million. The work retains a Microsoft Power BI rollout across three business environments, with an updated implementation schedule. Shares worth $500,000 already issued for the first milestone were credited against the revised fee; the remaining $500,000 is tied to Phase 2 and Phase 3 mobilisation, with settlement at the company’s discretion in cash, common stock or a mix.
