Treasure Global signs USD 2 million Tazte software enhancement deal with Keen Success Technology
TGL•TGL•TGL•TGL•Treasure Global signed a software enhancement deal on Aug. 17, 2026, for its Tazte app, valued at USD 2 million.
Payments can be made in cash, ordinary shares, or a mix, tied to milestone delivery.
A subsidiary terminated a prior software enhancement agreement with Apexcode that carried a contract price of RM 11.7 million.
Phase 1 deliverables were accepted, and the subsidiary waived a refund claim for a RM 3.9 million first milestone payment.
