Trident Digital Tech Forms 50/50 JV with Aliska Targeting US$800M in Five Years
Trident Digital Tech has formed a 50/50 joint venture with Ghana’s Aliska Business Advisory to launch Trident Aliska Digital Tech Ghana Ltd., aiming to develop digital solutions across public and private sectors. The partnership projects up to US$800 million in combined revenue over five years, supporting Ghana's Digital Ghana Agenda.

Trident Digital Tech has signed a 50/50 joint venture agreement with Aliska Business Advisory and Research Limited to create Trident Aliska Digital Tech Ghana Ltd., which will serve as the operating vehicle for Ghana’s government-led “Digital Citizen” public-private partnership program.
2. Revenue Projections and Market Opportunity
The joint venture aims to develop and commercialize proprietary digital technology solutions for public and private sector clients across Ghana, with projected combined revenue of up to US$800 million over the first five years of operation.
3. Roles and Governance
Under the agreement, Trident will lead technology development, platform engineering, and technical system management, while Aliska will handle project research, design, government approvals, permits, and funding. Both parties will co-manage system maintenance, AI and machine learning upgrades, and operational training.
4. Strategic Rationale
Ghana’s Digital Ghana Agenda has accelerated investment in e-government services, fintech infrastructure, and broadband connectivity, creating a fast-growing market that the JV intends to capture by offering solutions in identity verification, financial services infrastructure, and public sector data management.
