Semiconductor Back-End Solutions revenue climbed about 85% to $12.1 million, while Industrial Electronics revenue fell to $2.8 million from $4.1 million. Gross profit rose to $2.8 million from $2.6 million, but gross margin declined 6 percentage points to 19%.
2. Full-year figures
Fiscal 2026 revenue rose 72% to $62.6 million, while the net loss attributable to common shareholders narrowed to $34,000 from $41,000. Backlog was $24.2 million at June 30, 2026. CEO S.W. Yong cited strong demand for AI-related reliability testing.
