The company also slashed waste to external landfills by 38%, more than double its 15% goal, through multi-year recycling initiatives and byproduct capture.
2. Safety and Water Stewardship
The company achieved record improvements in safety, with six operating sites reporting zero injuries and 4,700 potential hazards removed via its leading indicators program. Site-level water stewardship initiatives established contextual water targets at Bahia, Yanbu and Chandala, enhancing measurement and long-term resource planning.
