2. SK Hynix US Depositary Receipt Offering
SK Hynix will issue depositary receipts on Nasdaq starting July 10 to raise 45.45 trillion won ($29.4 billion). The offering aims to access foreign investor capital and narrow its valuation discount relative to competitors such as TSMC, Samsung Electronics and Micron Technology.
