TTEC Digital Appoints Chris Brown as President, Seybold Exits April 30

Chris Brown was named president of TTEC Digital, succeeding Dave Seybold who will depart on April 30, 2026. He will report to CEO Ken Tuchman and oversee global strategy, P&L management and operational execution, drawing on over a decade at TTEC and prior M&A leadership in cloud and AI sectors.

1. Leadership Transition at TTEC Digital

Chris Brown has been appointed president of TTEC Digital effective immediately, reporting to Ken Tuchman. He succeeds Dave Seybold, who will remain through April 30, 2026 to ensure a seamless handover. Brown’s remit covers global strategy, profit-and-loss management and operational execution for the digital division.

2. Chris Brown’s Background and Experience

Brown joined the company in 2015 and most recently served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, leading corporate development and strategic partnerships. His background includes over two decades in technology M&A at UBS and strategy consultancy at Mercer, as well as driving the acquisition of Liquid Robotics by Boeing.

3. Departure of Dave Seybold

Seybold led TTEC Digital for three years, establishing an AI-forward vision and unified brand. He will step down on April 30, 2026, with the board expressing gratitude for his leadership and wishing him success in his future endeavors.
