Tuniu Reports 20% Q4 Revenue Growth, Launches $50M Shareholder Return Plan

Tuniu’s Q4 net revenues rose 20% year-over-year to RMB 123.5M while package-tour revenue jumped 35%, driving full-year net revenues to RMB 578.0M and non-GAAP net income of RMB 42.6M. The company also unveiled a three-year $50M shareholder return plan commencing March 2026 with dividends and buybacks.

1. Strong Q4 and Full-Year Growth

Tuniu delivered Q4 net revenues of RMB 123.5M, a 20% year-over-year increase, with package-tour revenues up 35%. Full-year net revenues reached RMB 578.0M, up 13%, and non-GAAP net income was RMB 42.6M, marking the third consecutive profitable year.

2. $50M Shareholder Return Plan

Management announced a long-term shareholder return program of up to $50M over three years starting March 2026. The plan includes both cash dividends and share repurchases to underscore confidence in the company’s outlook.

3. Product and Channel Diversification

Tuniu expanded its differentiated portfolios—premium “Niu Tour” and budget “Niu Select”—while scaling “Hotel+X” self-guided offerings nationwide. Channel diversification included profitable live streaming, which accounted for over 15% of 2025 transactions, more than 400 offline stores and bespoke corporate travel solutions.

4. Supply-Chain and Niche Destination Initiatives

The company enhanced direct procurement and centralized purchasing to lower costs, consolidated flight resources and introduced connecting flights for niche routes. This strategy drove over 500% year-over-year growth in Caucasus tour transactions and expanded departure coverage to lower-tier cities.
