Turkcell buys Istanbul Financial Center properties for TRY 16.51 billion
TKC•Turkcell completed a TRY 16.51 billion cash acquisition of 171 properties at İstanbul Financial Center on October 22, 2026. The properties are intended for use as a technology and management center.
1. Acquisition details
Building B cost TRY 6.98 billion, while Turkcell subsidiary Turkcell Teknoloji Araştırma ve Geliştirme purchased Building A for TRY 9.53 billion. The seller, TVF İFM Gayrimenkul İnşaat ve Yönetim, is a subsidiary of Türkiye Wealth Fund, Turkcell’s controlling shareholder. The negotiated purchase price was 4% below appraised value.
