Turkcell Posts 10.7% Revenue Growth to TRY241.5b, EBITDA Up 13.8%

Turkcell reported consolidated FY25 revenue of TRY241.5 billion, up 10.7% year-on-year, and EBITDA of TRY104.0 billion, a 13.8% increase, driving the margin to 43.1% (up 1.2pp). Operating profit rose to TRY40.1 billion from TRY29.1 billion and the company restated historical data for new segment reporting ahead of 2026 growth guidance.

1. Financial Results

Turkcell's consolidated revenue reached TRY241,471 million in 2025, a 10.7% increase from TRY218,160 million in 2024. EBITDA rose 13.8% to TRY104,017 million, lifting margin by 1.2pp to 43.1%, while EBIT climbed to TRY40,089 million from TRY29,109 million.

2. Segment Reporting and Restatement

The company reorganized its reporting segments into Turkcell Türkiye, Techfin and Other, restating all prior data for comparability. Turkcell Türkiye now includes telecom, digital services and consumer electronics sales, Techfin covers financial services, and Other encompasses international and energy operations.

3. Outlook and Guidance

Turkcell outlined 2026 targets for consolidated revenue growth, data center and cloud revenue expansion, EBITDA margin improvement and an operational capex-to-sales ratio. These outlooks assume current macroeconomic conditions, including projected inflation levels, and remain subject to change.
