In Q1 2026 Turkcell delivered revenues of 57.2 billion Turkish lira, up 15.3% year-over-year. Growth was fueled by a 22% increase in data service revenue as usage per customer climbed amid stronger postpaid plan adoption.
2. EBITDA and Margin Performance
EBITDA reached 27.6 billion lira, corresponding to a 48.1% margin, virtually unchanged from Q1 2025. Margin resilience reflected disciplined cost management and rising average revenue per user.
3. Subscriber Additions
Turkcell added 202,000 net mobile subscribers in the quarter, lifting total mobile customer count to 42.8 million. Strong postpaid uptake and retention campaigns offset competitive pressure in prepaid segments.
4. CAPEX and Network Expansion
Capital expenditures rose 18% year-over-year to 4.1 billion lira as Turkcell accelerated its 5G network rollout. Investments focused on densifying urban coverage and upgrading backhaul capacity to support rising data traffic.
