Cash flow and backlog
GAAP EBITDA grew 48% to $29.9 million for the full year. Free cash flow edged up to $9.2 million. Six-month backlog held at $178.3 million.
Management commentary
CEO John H. Batten cited strength in Marine and Propulsion, accelerating Defense activity, and improving Oil and Gas.
Fourth-quarter performance
For the fourth quarter, net sales rose 18.3% to $114.4 million. Net income attributable to shareholders increased to $9.4 million, while diluted EPS climbed to $0.64. GAAP EBITDA increased 35.1% to $11.1 million.
