Sidus Space said Norwood and Wendling resigned from its board effective October 6, according to a regulatory filing. Norwood cited concerns and disagreements, including the handling of a confidential complaint brought to her and other committee chairs.
2. Unresolved concerns
Wendling said she resigned after considering matters related to the company’s management and governance. “I have previously raised concerns regarding these matters through the appropriate Board and committee processes, and those concerns remain unresolved,” she said in her letter.
3. Company response
Sidus Space said it disagreed with the directors’ assertions and had notified them of its disclosures, giving them an opportunity to state whether they agreed with its response.
