The company declared a USD 0.40 per-unit distribution, payable Aug. 21.
It also began winding down Cross Timbers Energy, receiving a USD 95 million initial distribution in July.
Q2 results improve sharply on higher oil prices and volumes
TXO Partners posted GAAP net income of USD 60.77 million for Q2, swinging from a GAAP net loss a year earlier.
Revenue climbed 68% to USD 150.87 million, driven by higher oil prices and a 228 MBoe increase in sales volumes.
