The firm now forecasts AMD CPU revenues of $23 billion in 2027 and $29 billion in 2028 while expecting it to capture most standalone agentic AI CPU rack demand.

UBS raised Advanced Micro Devices’ price target to $670 from $455, applying a 35x multiple to reflect its strong core density, multithreading capabilities and mature x86 software ecosystem.
2. Upgraded CPU Revenue Projections
The firm now expects AMD to generate $23 billion in CPU sales in 2027 and $29 billion in 2028, up $2 billion in each year versus prior estimates.
3. Advantage in Standalone AI Racks
UBS anticipates standalone CPU racks will split 60% x86 and 40% Arm architectures, and projects AMD will capture an outsized share due to Intel’s roadmap and supply constraints.
