BP: BP BP.L has agreed to sell a 20% stake in a block that contains the Trinidad portion of the cross-border Cocuina-Manakin natural gas field to the country's state-owned National Gas Company, the company said.

Shell: One of two compressor stations at the Ormen Lange gas field in the Norwegian Sea is out of service, cutting production to around 60% of capacity until early next year, operator Shell SHEL.L said.
