UL Solutions names Kelly Manthey as chief AI and digital trust officer

UL Solutions appointed Kelly Manthey executive vice president and chief AI and digital trust officer, effective Oct. 1; she will join the executive leadership team and report to CEO Jennifer Scanlon.

1. Leadership appointment

Manthey previously served as global CEO and board member at Kin + Carta, where she expanded its data and AI capabilities. She also led Kin + Carta’s integration into Valtech across North and Latin America following a 2024 acquisition.
