Ulta Beauty appointed Kelly Garcia as chief technology officer, effective Aug. 31, 2026.
Garcia will resign from the board on his start date; he has served as a director since 2022.
He was Domino’s Pizza executive vice president and CTO since July 2012, leading global technology strategy.
Garcia previously held a vice president role in business intelligence and North American operations at R. L. Polk.
