Strategic collaboration across UniCredit’s European markets
UniCredit, Accenture and IBM entered a long-term strategic collaboration to build a next-generation banking technology platform across UniCredit’s 13 European markets.
Accenture will acquire from IBM a majority stake in the joint venture that runs a significant share of UniCredit’s technology infrastructure.
