UniFirst provided over $67,000 in direct aid to team partners affected by the 2025 Texas floods and contributed to local relief funds. Its Go Careers program in Owensboro, KY removes financial and scheduling barriers, enabling team partners to earn associate degrees while working.
3. Environmental Stewardship Achievement
The company’s electric vehicle program replaced diesel models and invested in charging infrastructure, cutting more than 41,000 pounds of CO2e emissions in 2024. This initiative highlights UniFirst’s focus on sustainable operations and reducing its carbon footprint.
