Unilever Indonesia announces extraordinary shareholders meeting
UL•Unilever Indonesia will hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting on November 26, 2026, to vote on canceling treasury shares and reducing capital.
1. Meeting and proposals
Unilever Indonesia will hold the meeting at Grha Unilever in Tangerang. Shareholders will vote on reducing capital by canceling treasury shares repurchased from July 31 to October 30, 2025, and authorizing directors to amend the articles of association to reflect the reduction in issued and paid-up capital.
