Unisys partners with Refroid to deploy liquid-cooled AI infrastructure globally

Unisys formed a partnership with Refroid Technologies to deploy and maintain high-performance AI infrastructure using liquid cooling systems.

The collaboration pairs Refroid’s direct-to-chip, immersion cooling and coolant distribution units with Unisys’ global field services for deployment, commissioning and lifecycle support.

The deal targets rising AI data-center power density, aiming to speed rollouts, improve energy efficiency and strengthen reliability via global maintenance coverage.

Gartner forecasts worldwide AI spending at USD 2.59 trillion in 2026, with AI infrastructure above USD 1.4 trillion.
